Pump 1 to 2 sprays directly onto the painful area or cramping muscle. Gently rub in the solution until completely dissolved. For restless legs, apply to the legs (usually the claves) before bed.
For a restful, deep sleep, apply to the bottoms of both feet and rub in completely before bed. Some people have sensitivity to pure magnesium.
If you experience a tingling or burning sensation this is consistant with sensitivity. You may dilute your spray at a 1:1 ratio and reapply to see if the sensitivity is gone or reduced. If it persists, it is recommended to discontinue usse.
