* Delivery estimates: Once shipped via standard carrier, packages generally arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
* Tracking email: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number as soon as your order is dropped off at the carrier on our next scheduled shipping day (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday).

* No returns accepted: Due to the small-batch, artisan nature of our products and the use of fresh, organic, and pure ingredients, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items.
* Safety & integrity: Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its storage conditions; therefore, we cannot restock or reuse ingredients for health and safety reasons.
* Taste preferences: We do not issue refunds or exchanges based on personal taste or flavor preferences.

* Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged during transit, or if we made a mistake and sent the incorrect blend, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

* Resolution: We will gladly review your claim and send a replacement or issue a refund for the mistake at no cost to you.
Although this product is made without alcohol, some herbs can only have their medicinal properties extracted through alcohol. This type of extraction is called a herbal elixir and consists of the herb (usually bark or root), alcohol, and honey.
Therefore, this product will be made custom made upon request.
