Take 2–3 full droppers (approx. 60–90 drops) directly in the mouth or mixed into water/juice. Start with the lowest amount until you know how your body responds. Do not take longer than 30 days at a time without a 10–14 day break.
Although this product is made without alcohol, some herbs can only have their medicinal properties extracted through alcohol. This type of extraction is called a herbal elixir and consists of the herb (usually bark or root), alcohol, and honey.
