* Shipping schedule: To ensure product freshness, we ship packages three days a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

* No rush shipping: Because of our small-batch artisan process, expedited or rush shipping options are not available.

* Order can be cancelled within 48 hours of the order being placed.

* Domestic shipping: We ship exclusively within the United States.

* Flat rate shipping: A flat shipping fee of $5.00 applies to all orders under $50.00.

* Free shipping: Shipping is completely free for all orders totaling $50.00 or more (before taxes and after discounts).

* Delivery estimates: Once shipped via standard carrier, packages generally arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

* Tracking email: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number as soon as your order is dropped off at the carrier on our next scheduled shipping day (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday).

* Resolution: We will gladly review your claim and send a replacement or issue a refund for the mistake at no cost to you.
