* Processing window: All orders take 2 to 4 business days to process, blend, and package before shipment.

* Shipping schedule: To ensure product freshness, we ship packages three days a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

* No rush shipping: Because of our small-batch artisan process, expedited or rush shipping options are not available.

* Order can be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed.

* Domestic shipping: We ship exclusively within the United States.

* Flat rate shipping: A flat shipping fee of $5.00 applies to all orders under $50.00.

* Free shipping: Shipping is completely free for all orders totaling $50.00 or more (before taxes and after discounts).

* Delivery estimates: Once shipped via standard carrier, packages generally arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

* Tracking email: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number as soon as your order is dropped off at the carrier on our next scheduled shipping day (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday).

While we cannot accept returns for changes of mind or taste preferences, we want to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered in perfect condition.

* Inspection: Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.

* Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged during transit, or if we made a mistake and sent the incorrect blend, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

* Required details: Email us at whole.holistic.living@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

* Resolution: We will gladly review your claim and send a replacement or issue a refund for the mistake at no cost to you.
